To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, and offer outside financing with Care Credit and Chase. Please bring any insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can verify and review your insurance coverage. Plese be aware that most services are covered by dental, not medical, insurance. Facial cosmetic services are not covered by insurance. Your estimated payment is due at the time service is rendered. We usually give a receipt the day of surgery, and if that is not done, please ask and we will gladly provide one. If there is any remaining balance after your insurance has paid, it is your responsibility. We will give you a call, or send you a statement if a payment is due, Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
